battery charge question for tadao

in the manual it says that you should charge it when the gun is on, however, it doesn't say when its charged. so what happens when the charge is complete?

after 30 minutes the battery is pretty much fully charged it will brgin to trickle after the battery is fully charged. but 30-45 minutes is more than enough. without the display, on a full charge we have gotten over 80.000 shots by setting it to full auto and putting an elastic band around the trigger and walking away.
