Halo Speed Wheel

I don't know how to put this speed wheel in. i think it just snaps on but im not sure. just wondering if you guys could help me thanks. ( my halo is all apart and down to the motor with the gold spiny thing and 2 circle rotators. thanks)

It just slides on, it is a really tight fit. I had to pound the speed wheel on. hope that helps
