Question about tank?

I just picked up a red to black g7 fly and have a question about tanks. I currently have dye throttle's 68/45 and 45/45. I also have some old 88/45 centerflag adj tanks, but got away from them because they are WAY too big and heavy (that and i got a really good deal on the dye tanks). Now i keep hearing that you want to use a lp tank on the fly.

Will it hurt my gun if i use the throttle.

YES..do some searching and you will find that out. but anyway, youll want to use lp because if you use the hp then you wont be able to chrono below around 300 fps. do your self a favor and either trade for a lp or sell then buy one.

yeah, deffinately need a lp (or adjustable). I have the adjustable A.I.R and it works wonders and its now only 300 bucks at paintballgear.com, but anything low pressure will do fine as well. good luck with it

Ok, so using the dye bottle right up to the gun is bad. Is there anyway to drop the output pressure of the bottle, like a mini reg? If so who makes them?

Sorry for all the retarded noob questions, it's just I don't want to jack up my first angel. All of my other guns could take the hp (excal, trix, xmag, emag, etc)
