dude, not to be an ass, but isn't the usual method "get opinions first, then buy product"
On the plus side, I haven't talked to anyone who hates their stiffi.

Heard nothing really bad about them. I did hear this rumor about how they scratch onthe insides when you use some types of squeegees, but not sure if it is true.

I just got a switch mamba kit and I've only been able to use it once, but it did seem to straighten my shots a lot. I like the sound of it, also. Would definitely reccomend one.

Yes, it is true, you have to use a specific type of squeegee dont remember what exactly.

Should'nt this be in general paintball chat or tech section?

you have to use one of those rubber jerk squeegies, you can use battle swabs.

i love my switch kit
is yours the kind with the cressent shaped ports or the actual circle ports
cause the half moon will destroy your battle swab

- Yes, it takes a lot of the “lob” out of the shot.
- Yes, the swabs will scratch it, you should use a squeegee instead. There is a note in the box explaining all this.
- You really don’t need to use a squeegee or a swab because it shoots through breaks so well. Two shots and its clean.
- The chokes seem to come in odd sizes and I wish there were larger ones, because sometime I run into “fat” paint.
- The barrel is so light that is really changes the feel of the marker which given that Angels are already light it really makes for a feather weight maker.
- They do look really cool on the marker.

My friend has one on his autococker, it is very nice, his back block makes more noise then the actual shot. It is also very accurate. There is a remedy to not using swabs, you just get your gun flyed, which since you own a g7 isn't too much of a issue. Hope you like your stiffi.

Barrel breaks have nothing to do with eyes, more the bore size, if you get barrel breaks just get the stiffi switch kit.

Oh, I thought you were talking about breech breaks, and that is why it didn't make sense, my bad.

I was going to start a new thread about this, but my question seems similiar to fit into this one. I definately like the Mamba switch kit (plan on ordering), but how do you know which insert to use? How do you size the paint?? Is it related to barrel breaks or by examing the box, etc??

Stick a ball in the back of the barrel, it should not roll out, then blow on the barrel, the ball should come out clean and not get stuck
