To find out softwear version...
1-Open grip frame
2-Turn gun on
3-Wait aprox 2 sec.
4-Press internal Menu button
5-The number of LEDs that are lit up is what version of softwear you have.

Gents I have done lots reading but this is just not clear to me
How can you see the diff between Ver 6 and Ver 7
I have only the 6th light on red when the top larger light is completely off. I was told I got it flashed to version 7 but from everything im reading this means version six
Can someone please answer this simple question... Until then Ill keep reading

That's the same indication I get. I haven't messed with the other versions, but what I get from other member's posts is that they will have a number of led's lit up. If only the top one is lit, I think it is a way of indicating version 7.

Thanks I also just got an email back from Fixmyangel and they stated that up to version 6 all lights would come on appropriatly. for example 3 lights ver 3, 5 lights ver 5.. but at Ver 7 it is only the 6th light that comes on.
So it is on track with what your saying also
Thanks

I just bought a speed 05 and from what I read here it has version 7. The previous owner had PSP Ramp V6 installed but I cant seem to find it. Any help would be great. Also can I download uncapped full auto just for fun?

Once you get it flashed with a new version. Your old version is delted. And there is no Full Auto software for the 05 speed. To use that feature you must purchase the Tadao Board.

If your in the US .. I would reccomend www.fixmyangel.com I was referred to them and they did a great job.. I think $25 for the flash ( that didn't sound good ) and was very fast.. Im also sure one of the site sponsers offers the service I just don't know
Hope this helps

The number of leds lit indicate the software version up until version 6. If the top red light is the only on lit, that represents version 7. You would have the most up to date software.
