You can research what all this stuff does easily, yes the angel air is good and the digital read-out tank is not new its been out a few years...

Yeah, its great. I have the 68/4500 A.I.R with the digital reg. The main difference between the fixed and the digital reg is that the digital allows you to adjust the output pressure, whereas the fixed is preset at a specific output pressure. Also a few extra features such as the number of shots you have left, etc. Either way you go, its a great tank.
