I just picked up my new arsenal fly today and have already run into a wall. Just like the gun in the thread below, one of my buttons would not depress. It was just the green one so I took the board out to see where the problem was. Well, the button on the board worked fine. I was able to take out the top two buttons with ease but the green one appeared to be stuck. I GENTLY pried on it with a screw driver and it broke off clean with the grip frame. Apparently the moron applying the rubber pad managed to glue the button in place.
Wait, it gets worse. I still thought I could fix it by pushing from the other side. The rubber pad was already loose at one end and I began peeling it off. This was a bad decision because it started to rip. Furthermore the little rubber bomb thing fell off the backplate when I opened the box.
WTF! I pay $1300 for a marker just to put up with this crap. This is something I would expect from an ion, not an angel. I have been playing paintball for over 10 years and have never seen anything as bad as this. I can't even begin to express my frustration.
What I need to know is what do I do now? How should I go about getting this fixed...I'm not going to touch anything else myself. This should clearly be covered under waranty and I don't expect, nor will I, to pay one cent. So, where is the best place to send it to for repair?

The MT's of course (upper right of this page) you shouldn't have tried to do anything in the first place, but anyway just send it to one of the MT's

I can't take it back. I didn't buy it from a store. I am friends with a guy who has his own internet business and he ordered it for me. He mentioned that it was the last ones his rep could get him for a while so this is my problem.
I've never had to send a gun off for repairs, so a problem like this never entered my mind. I could fix it myself if I could get the rubber pad thing off the spine of the grip without destroying it. I'm sure I could use a punch to knock out the remainder of the button, but I can't get to it from that side.
I posted because I wasn't sure what to do. I know the MT's don't take a marker without a receipt, which is something I don't have. So, now I'm stuck with a marker with this little minor problem that I can't fix myself and no place to send it for repairs.

I feel your pain dude. I am yet to get back up to the shop to get them to look at my Arsenal Fly and see if its under warranty. If they give me a bunch of BS it's going in the mail straight to the M/T's. Must be a factory defect or something.

I think "factory defect" may just be a nice way of saying that the person assembling these is a dumba$$.
