Yes the reg will fit a cocker. And the regulator comes with the air fitting to allow female ends of lines or fittings to be attached to it.

what kind of drop comes with it and if i buy it i would like the whole package thing for $20. does the reg leak? and does the $20 include the shipping

The reg works fine with no leaks. The drop that comes with it is pictured above. It is a clone of a dye mini drop and is very nice. $20 includes shipping :).
