I believe Cobra has one available, WDP recommends it too. I got mine at Radio Shack...cheaper, works well for me. It's a risk though.

Radio shack has the wall chargers, err actuall its called a power supply that you can plug your Angel charger into.

or u can just do what i did, and get a adapter for the car charger to plug into the wall outlet, i belive i paid $15 - $20 for mine, i found that its not as risky since u are still using a angel charger

Something to take into account, and why I say the wall charger I'm using from Radio Shack is a risk, is that it doesn't say it's a regulated charger. The one from www.Angelparts.com will be your safest bet.

Actually another reason you may want to stay away from these chargers from radioshack and the like is that while they say they are 12v chargers if you test the voltage level you will find them to be closer to the 16-20v range this may be a problem since the owners manual says that you should not exceed a voltage of 14.5 volts so its probably safe to say that using these could do some damage to either the board or the battery cells themselves

JB good call, must admit i did not think of that, but i did think of this, if they're outputing 16v the angel charger is still only letting 12v into the marker, to give it the proper charge, all the adpter does is give u another source of power besides ur car batt. if i'm wrong then let me know, but bro to me it make sense what we are both saying,

you:it can put out up to 20v
me:but the angel charger is only letting 12v into the angel.....

Thats kinda what I figured at first to so I had a second look and noticed that the warning is under the heading "Automobile Charger" I don't know if this necasarily means that the charger can't bring down that much voltage or that it will damage it the board or the batter but I don't know that I would risk it really the only one that could say for sure would be a tech or maybe jason but here is a link to the page that I'm talking about the warning is in the lower right of the page so I don't know if I'd risk it even though I would think that would be the case

Just as a second thought this may be the very reason that WDP gives you a car charger instead of a home charger because they didn't want to have to worry about the charger bringing down that much voltage and possibly having to deal with voltage spikes

Ah I see that makes sense then although usually if you travel much you have an adapter for the different outlets but I can see how that would be alot easier to make a car charger but do you know if the charger can take a flow of 16-20V
