Battery Discharge

If I leave the marker with the battery discharged... Will all my settings be erased i.e Dwell Settings, BPS Cap etc.?

Also.. What is a good dwell setting to start off at with a HP Tank Setup?
I peformed the mini mod reg and Im still shooting over 300... with adjusting the Reg...
