capped=wont go above a certain number of bps

It is set so that it will not shoot over a set amount of rds.
Such as mrof(maximum rate of fire)20 would make it shoot no more then 20 balls per second if you were pulling the trigger that fast.

Terms:
MROF-The amount that it is set at so it is not allowed to fire for as many times you trigger pull.
Capped-Amount it is set to not be allowed to shoot over.

Correct me if I am wrong someone

You would probably go faster if you get a faster loader, I think your using a HALO B.... maybe if you use a cheetah or angry board on your HALO B

here's some good settings

Reloader B
MROF 28
Hopper speed 11
TR 5
Mode 1

My only guess was the marker being limited/capped by the loader.
