I just wanted to see if there angel owners intrested in a mil sim angel. Please take a look at these concept photos and vote if you would buy it, or if you wouldn't, these would obviously be for scenario players not tourneys, as they are to big. feel free to post comments and input as well

uuuuuhhhh...no, but i would buy a olive or camo angel for woodsball:evilgrin:

Interesting... I like the (ficticious) 06 out of them all. The butt stock on the 05 doesn't look right. The G7 needs a shorter barrel, but good job anyhow.

No, I dont think i would, just because i never play any type of woods or scenario. Good concept though, I guess.

I am a huge fan of milsim paintball guns but Angel just does not have the base look for them as say a Tippmann does. It would be pretty sweet to have the Angel's capabilities for woodsball in a milsim form but I don't think the market would be big enough.

True, that some Tippmann owners drop over $800-900 into an A-5 or 98C to get it to milsim look and add regulators, stocks, remotes, etc..but I don't think the Angel milsim concept would fly but that is just my opinion and I have been wrong before.

Owning a gloss red G7 or G7 Fly doesn't stop me at all from taking it into the woods at all. When they see the red coming, well...they know what to expect :devil1: and I don't let them down.

I still have my Tippmann and I think they are the best gun for that kind of mod. Also Tippmann's are perfect for woods ball and scenario games. BTW Trigga I like your Tippy. They are great guns but they just don't work for speed ball.

Has anyone else seen that anodized Camo 5peed in the picture thread. That looks pretty hot.

I vote no, although a camo color would be pretty nice I just dont accept that someone would pay $1000 to play some paintball in the woods, just get a tippy with a flatline, thats way better for woodsball

personally, i think the G7 looks nice, only because i like the longbow. (the one that the G7 stock came off of) not a fan of milsim players, but i do like the look of the guns, they look cool. I wouldnt buy it, but i would take an old angel and mod it myself.

think of this. I have heard of people decking out tippmans to be like 600+++ think what a G7 speed 05 or any other angel would cost. TOO MUCH $$$

You can get an Angel anno'd whatever color you want and it's all good. To make an Angel into a scenario gun like a Tippy is shwag.

I'm not an Angel owner yet, but an Angel as a mil sim, seems almost as bad as an Angel Ion body. Probably not a good idea. BUT, there is a niche & WDP makes a helluva marker. Maybe try a different make instead of the angel, like the DEMON Mil Sim Marker by WDP, same internals with different body milling, or something like that. Let the warrior choose his weapon for the battle he fights. (Tourney or Woods)

Just a Quik thought........ :notsure:

Well I used to play OPSGEAR milsim, with a G36C Tippman A-5/E-grip and Angels are awesome compared to tippamns hands down however it would be just ghetto to see an Angel playing milsim, for starters the rate of fire is WAY TO HIGH!! The point of milsim is to having realistic rof not some god-like rof that the angel has. Therefore, the angel is too good of a gun for milsim for the simple fact it would have to capped at least 15 rounds-per-second.
