On september 20th I ordered a fly from ken crane at performance angel. Before ordering I called him to specifically ask if had a gloss blue 45 frame in stock and ready to ship. He said yes so I paypalled for the gun + $35 in shipping and told him I needed to get it as fast as possible.

He told me sure, and that I would have it by the weekend. Weekend comes and goes and still no gun. I decide to give him the benefit of the doubt, and wait till tuesday to call him again. When I do, he says "oh your gun was scratched so I had to order another one" (why he didnt check the gun when I first called and specifically asked if he had one ready to ship is beyond me). I think "ok, no biggie," And he promises I will have it before the weekend. The weekend comes and I call him again and he tells me he did not even ship the gun until Friday, but I will guaranteed have it by monday or tuesday. Today is wednesday and I still have no gun. I call him up and he says "oops I wrote the address wrong, so I had to ship it yet again today." Still have yet to see any gun.

He is always very nice on the phone, so that is why I hesitated posting this at all, but this is getting ridiculous. He keeps guaranteeing delivery dates and not following through. In the mean time I am out $1400 and I can't even play paintball. I dont like being charged $35 for 3 week shipping.

Basically my question is, does it always take this long? This is the first time I have ordered from an MT, but I dont care how good the warranty is, more expensive and taking this long is completely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Damn...

Idk what to tell you, man except maybe you should be telling him all of this instead of us. I personally went to my local shop and got them to order my new G7 Fly for me. They have 2 certified techs there, so i wasnt really worried about it. As soon as it came in, I took my A.I.R tank and reg up there and they did everything neccissary for me to play the following weekend. (I set the lpr, dwell, and tr myself) but they did everything else, including installing a new Angry Board in my HALO B. I guess I got EXTREMELY lucky. If I were you, I would call him up and tell him exactly what you just told us. Best of luck...Trust me, though. Its well worth the wait, this thing is insane sexy

ryan, as i had explained the gun that was put together for you had the macroline fitting on top of the body of the gun when i opened it to set it up and scracthed the body. i ordered another and shipped it to you. unfortunatly i forgot the northe east portion on your address and it was returned to me. as we spoke yesterday it will be to you before 3 pm today. it was my mistake that the address wasnt written correctly but i wasnt aware it hadnt arrive as i was in new jersey all weekend doing an angel day. i left you a message early in the day when we found out it was returned and advised you of this. i am sure as soon as it arrives you will air it up and a big smile will come over your face.

Well I got the gun today, and it is truely the most awesome thing ever. I will post pics in the pic thread shortly. The only issue I had was a leak in the foregrip, but that went away after some dry fires.

This trigger is truly different in feel then my old g7, much snappier in my opinion.

I am still a little perturbed about the extensive shipping time, but at least I have a gun now so all is well.
