Its a avatar. Go into your profile and then click on Edit Avatar. From there you can link a small pic from another site to be your avatar or you can upload one from your computer.

Yeah, Its easier with one folder dedicated to avatars, right now I have 30 or so avvy edits. Just shrink the pictures down to size, I have a video game theme in my avvy now, but I found a great site for avatars, but its a secret. Google images works great, because you end up finding more then you thought.
