let me show u why u chrono ur marker down from 300 fps.

pic #1 is taken seconds after being hit above mask.

pic #2 is taken after the hit was iced for approx 1 hr.

the identity of victim will be kept secret due to him not wanting to be laughed at, no it was not me.

the area being used for "snap box" is about same size as snap box used at the reball booth used in hb, san diego, etc...

Yeah, my mask would cover that and we never chrono down for reball.

This is probably why the Reball instructions tell you to not shoot them over 220 fps.

i dunno. I've seen a couple guys wearing profilers with no visor. Even though I think the profiler visor looks a little dorky, I'm too chicken not to wear it.

I got shot at a distance of no more than 3 feet away from a guy once and based on how my arm swelled up, I can believe the potential for injury.

i rock the no-visor look with only an angel headwrap. i have a hard head i guess, gettin shot in mi noggin dont hurt to bad.

I like my proflex, but if I get shot from below if I'm on top of a hill (woodsball) then the ball can travel under the visor, but my camo hat covers that area.

i dunno. i really like my profiler but we could just as easily get into a large discussion about which mask is better (much like the discussion of which barrel is better).

I tried the dye invision and the profiler and I liked the profiler at least twice as much as I liked the dye. The field of view was better and the cool part is that you can get the profiler goggles out in 10 seconds if you need to do that.

AND....
The profiler was cheaper. (It always astounds my wife when I don't opt for the most expensive thing I can find.)

no, the point was not which mask was better, that when u reball with it higher than it should be there is plenty of potential to break ur mask. Just to let all the "well we practice wit it at higher velocity" ppl know.

i wear an invision and that is my choice but at hb nppl while snapping with some joy team members at 300 fps my invision lense was snapped in half right in the middle from top to bottom at the bridge of the nose.

long story short, in an area as small as a "snap box" the intelligent thing to do is "chrono down"
