can i unlock my a4 from home master tech help

Is there a master tech who can ell me how to unlock all modes of the a4 from home or do i have to send the board out. Ive tried to find threads concerning this didnt see any.

umm ya read the manual the modes aren't locked on the a4 board




open the grip
press button on the left (blue I think) untill you see modes
press button on right untill you find the mode you want

yes they are and bob at fixmyangel.com takes care of this on a regular basis. the manual even says in certain areas of the country laws limit function of marker and modes like 3 shot burst auto ramping etc are locked and not accessable.

Yes is although it is very odd that your a4 board is locked, you can't unlock it from home. An MT has to flash the unlock codes to it with a palm pilot.

thats odd, when I got my A4 board for my speed, I had the full auto (13 bps cap), ramp (13 bps cap) and 3-burst modes accessible already. o well I guess it was just luck of the draw

It costs $25 from fixmyangel.com. Unless you bought the board from them in which case they will unlock it for free, because that is the way it was supposed to come. I had to resend mine when I got it, but thats okay, now Im doing 24 bps on my 03 speed, and my angel compliments me.
