well you might want to look down the page to the speed 05 fourm but none the less a speed 05 will do great with a halo
they might be talking about the speed 04 and while rare some force feeders put too much pressure on the sensi rod

yeah i was worried about this and used an evo for a while but then decided to get a halo and it works perfectly. the only bad part is that its kinda hard to get in the feedneck.

i have mixed feelings about the halo on the speed 05. I had a lot of problems with my speed initially and initially i had a halo on there. I finally solved the problem(s) and not sure exactly which one solved it but one of the things I did was go from a halo to an egg.
Soon I'm going to put the halo back on to see just how much of a difference it makes.

I run both a Halo B with rip and an Egg.
The Egg performs better on the Speed 05 after it was fitted with the Z-board; the standard board was just a little too slow when ripping the gun on psp mode.
The Halo B performs great as standard and I am thinking of upgrading this board as well, but not going for sound activated. Just can not see the point in having eyes on a gun that will only fire when it detects a ball, then stick a hopper on the gun that only feeds when it hears the gun fire… Sounds very contradictory to me..

a bunch of my friends ( timmy owners none the less)
After a few times of mowing their faces they wont be your friends anymore or they'll be trading for angels

my angel would be lost without her angry halo. i put the gun on fast force fed and it rips.

all you need is a little love juice on the feedneck rings and voila perfect fit.

I had an Egg but I have banned them from my gearbag/setup due to piss poor durability. One shot kill = one shot lid and/or battery door breaking off.
I bought an Empire Reloader B about a year ago and went thru an '03 Speed and an NME(blender) and finally ended up with an "05 Speed before I found a marker that could keep up with my hopper. (kinda backwards, huh?)
The only feed problem with the 5peed I've ever had was due to the stupid friggin o-ring clamp feedneck fiasco and that has been remedied. Can you say Hybrid Hedlock 2?
I can.

i know wat u mean. ive gona through 2 evos. on one of em the bettery door broke off and on the other the lid just snapped off when i opened it. but thats not the main reason i switched. just backin u up on ur opinion of the crappy quality of evos.

by the way, to make the halo fit easier in the feedneck, just shave the halo down w/ like sand paper or something, it worked great for my g7, it fits easily now.
