Predator Angel Board

Does anyone have experience with this board.
Looks like it might be a competitor for the tadao!!!

I would rather have a pred over a tadao because T.A.G.(the angel guy) really likes angels compared to will(dm4 and timmy guy) Althou I still like will and might be gettinga thump for my dm.

This has to be the most ignorant post I have read in a long time. Lets clarify your rhetoric, the other guy has bounced around from gun to gun more than I change wives. As far as Will not being an angel guy, what does that have to do with building boards and writing software? Lets not forget Will has the best Angel techs in the world behind him on this project.

I personally am not a fan of any "mode"....mostly because people cant seem to play without them...........the old "oh! i forgot i had it in gangsta mode 16 all day" is getting old...........semi only for me, hence the thumbs down...xtra modes mean xtra incentive to cheat :stooges:

Extra modes to me means a FULLY programable board that I can set to ramp at any speed and activate at any speed for psp rules. No mtter what the rules change to, I'm all set. If I rec I use semi. I'm an older guy and play the game correctly and with respect to those who do as well. I just perfer the microswitch feel of the trigger. I can get my trig set way better with the switch. Not that I don't have faith in the MT's (much love for both Bob and Ken) I just like the board. With that said. I'll post some pics tomm and write up a quickie after I play.

First time with it in rec today...OMFG it's fast as hell. Got pulled for a bounce check (and I mean the ref took me to the chrono station and went over it hard core) After he found nothing...I let him shoot it a game :evilgrin: Will post pics in a few after I clean her up. Read the directions once and I was good to go. As long as you can aount...you'll be fine.

I used semi only today but have played with them all. They are great but A player like me will only use the psp modes.

the aftermarket boards are not any faster than our with our newer stock boards. it is a ll a gimick to get us to buy something we really do not need. anyone who says they are faster are not very honest

Oh so you own a Predator and a Tadao, great will you do a review on them?

…Unless of course you are just making and assumption not based on actually owning and comparing the boards, which would not be very honest or sincere.

If the stock board did what Angels says they are supposed to do then there would not be an aftermarket for Angel boards.

1) You also have the ability to program via the IR which we do not. This makes the Angel OEM board do more for you than it will for us.

2) It's not cheating if your field allows it, and not everyone plays tourneys.

3) If it is just for cheating then why are you helping develop the Tadao?

4) That post was directed at someone who I believe does not have the board and is making and uneducated statement. If you want to defend him and/or speak for him, then pony-up and give us an educated comparative review of all the boards available. We would all be very grateful for the information.

With the 90* frame fadeing away and people looseing faith in the opto system the angel is becoming a fast version of everything else out there. You guys are trying to bring in more customers that shoot every thing else but looseing your loyal customers that have been in this for a while.

I am going to remain a wdp loyalist. I will use the opto system and my 90 frame(45 is nice thou). but this just made me sad when I saw this. Its like the mts are breaking away from wdp and defileing the angel. Once everything becomes the same im just going to look for who has the better warrenty(dye) and just go with them for my next gun.

Keep - No real suggested settings. Dwell is at 9 just like I was using with the stock board.

I agree somewhat with your post, but facts are facts and some people have to have all the latest gimmick modes they see on pbnation, some people like the feel of the microswitch (and replacing them when they burn out/break etc.) over the opto, hence the tadeo partnership (tadeo which all the pbnationers know of). The .45 does offer a lower profile and seems easier to run and shoot with but the *90 will (probably) always be in the line-up.........paintball is a buisness and WDP is doing a nice job rebuilding their name after the onsluaght of the timmie/dm4-5/shocker attack of the last few years....you'd be amazed at some of the things the M/T's products have to endure for the sake of "buisness".........M/T's along with WDP will continue to offer the all around BEST product on the market bar none :patriot:

Wow....After all of the emails I just received from AOG members I just had to come visit. Its been well over a year but I see nothing has changed.

First off Bob is incorrect. My company has not bounced around at all. We have always done about 80 to 90% Angels and we still do that amount. We still provide warranty work for WDP and many other companies in this industry. We have always been a service company and we still are. This was not meant to be any type of slam or "invasion" but I do feel you should tell the truth. There is no need to try and degrade another persons product just to make yours look better. Didnt Mikey get banned from PBN for that not to long ago?

Bob I have nothing but love for ya. I even named my LCD Angel board after you. ;)

Bob, my post was never meant as an attack on you, I was just little confused with all the shocker and DM stuff you have posted over the past year. I really just wanted to point out the fact that Will does a great job and has awesome support on this project. If my statement was misconstrued or taken out of context, I apologize. I think you are a good guy just misunderstood. With regard to the naming of the LCD board, I am just so flattered you care.
