Hey guys....was going to do that bolt test but i am having velocity problems. I can't seem to get the velocity above 220! I have my output on my A.I.R. system set at 650. Not sure if it is my mini-reg or what. I had a small leak at the top of my manifold. I took it apart and cleaned off my o-rings. Is it possible i put the innermost screw in to far, wrong area, and it has messed up the lpr? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If i have to send it in...its a lasoya elements.....should i send it too him or one of the tech centers here for a tune up?
Thanks for all the help!

not sure how to see if it is put together right.........where should the lpr be...it slides towards the cap after taking the screw out....do i push it in before putting the screw in all the way???

well i never took the lpr out...so i am figuring when i cleaned up my manifold i put the lpr retaining screw in wrong. Like it is holding the lpr in the wrong spot? Not sure but that is as close to messing with the lpr that i have gotten. Maybe this helps.....i hope. thanks again.

One time I had a problem with my velocity and it wasn't the LPR at all but the ram stroke was adjusted wrong. If the ram stroke is too short then the bolt wont go over the exhaust valve correctly, hence not allowing all the air to flow. Check the obvious LPR since that's what you messed with, other than that check the snap ring and ram stroke. The LPR should be at 85-90psi.

ok i took apart the manifold again....i looked at everything and i believe that it was put back together correctly. There is that slot in the lpr where the connector pin goes. Well again i put it all back together. I am gonna head out to the field tom. and see if maybe now its working....if not.....hmmm. On the ram is that something that can just change after time?? I have not messed with any settings or adjusted it at all. I don't have a tool kit..yet. It is on my list though. What about my mini-reg. Could the problem be there? Should i maybe gut the mini-reg and see if that matters? Hmmm...or should i just get it teched if this does not work? OHH is this frustrating. People are becoming angel bashers at my field and i can't wait to prove them wrong(most shoot cockers). :) sorry about all the rambling!

I've been having the same problem, velocity was fine for weeks then last 2 days....all over the place. 180 next shot 265...next shot 210..140 etc. I also had serious 1st shot problems, as in "nothing" then let a string go...velocity would climb but only to about 250. Stop shooting and wait 2 mins same thing. I adjusted my ram position and reset the snap ring. Voila!!!! no problems.... back to bunkering!! haha.
