well i knew i shoundlt have, but i let a freind use my 05 speed for a few games, and sure enough, something goes wrong, and i need this fixed asap.

so the 1st shot seems to be fine, but then after that, the 2nd shot and 3rd shots and so on, dont even move the ball down the barrel. is this a shootdown thing? or should i increase my lpr/dwell?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

heres my settings:

dwell: 10
lpr: 70
lp tank.

thanks

your settings seem fine to me. (dwell is plenty high if anything...)

Need a little more problem description. how quickly are you firing the second and third shots after the first?

what happens on the second and third trigger pulls. Is there a sound of air moving through the gun?

do the led's on the grip indicate that the trigger pull has been sensed?

Is there paint anywhere inside the marker? (Like say on the eyes?)

thanks for the quick reply. i have checked all the eyes, and they are working fine. its defintely an issue with the air.

as far as time beween trigger pulls, i can get it to shootdown with one finger, so i would say im shooting around 5/6 bps.

Try dropping some lube into the ASA, you never know, it might help.

How does you bolt fit? Try firing it without the bolt in, and see if the ram/hammer move ok. And chrono that first shot.

doesn't really sound like shoot down to me.

Can you hear air moving through the gun when you pull the trigger or is there just silence?

thanks for the replies guys.

i tried puttin sopme love juice in the asa. still nada.
shot without the bolt. still same thing.
as far as air moving thru the gun, yes it does. it just doesnt seem like enough to shoot consistantly.

check the o-rings on the valve...you might need to replace them...and just in case...adjust the ram

I agree I guess. At this point, you may as well take the marker apart, clean it and grease it. Putting oil in the ASA is not the same as greasing it if there's no grease in there to begin with. That's the only thing I can imagine is that your orings are dried out and leaking like crazy.
