I got to go see firsthand the frustration of trying to get a project done for a sepcific deadline, but having to stop every 5 minutes to answer the phone. Usually it was just someone wanting to know if their baby made it through the postal system ok. Every time that phone rang you had to stop what you were working on, figure out who the person is and then sort through the packages and guns that had arrived. Most of the times they had sent it USPS [allow 1-2 weeks] and the would call after 3 days to see if the gun was ready yet.

I got the pleasant experience of going through this system with Ken and let me say it both saves alot of time but also gives the customer all the info they want.

As soon as you fill out the form you get an email with a link so you can go check the status of your service. When the gun arrives a note is put in the status section confirming that it made it there ok. Any changes or updates are just 30 seconds for the tech rather then playing phone tag @ 10 mins a call.

Seriously, this is a big deal...guys like Matt work their asses off behind the scenes, and I think it's necessary to give them the credit they deserve.
