05 speed upgrade

my question is this...i just bought an 05 speed v3 about 3 weeks ago and im very happy with the performance. i was looking into flying it evolving it and upgrading the software. would you reccomend these upgrades and which software should i go with. the v7+psp? also is there a clamp feed neck that i could buy? my twist feed never seems to be tight enough and ive added o rings and played around with it...cant keep my loader straight. thanx alot...........tony

Your speed alredy has eyes so no need in flying it. Evolve has great stuff but if you wait for a while longer STD Industries is coming out with an LPR kit that is about $65 for any model angel accept for the new ones (G7-G7 Fly) and it lowers the operating pressure to like 30 or 40 PSI. If you play PSP or CFOA Version 7 is for you but there is really no difference between the versions besides the PSP software. Hope this helps...-Eddie

thanx alot i appreciate that. also another question...what benefit would i get in putting the g7 board in my gun? and with the std what that just change my lpr setup? do u reccomend a new bolt and ram?

I would so jump on that STD industries LPR kit but .... it look like ass and no one wants there beautiful angel to look like ass

it doesnt look that bad...especially if you have a black gun. You don't need a new ram or anything and the G7 board really doesnt have anything but the LCD screen which is very nice but I think it would be a waste of cash in my opinion. The stock bolt is great but the only other bolt i would recommend is the RAS Jam bolt because you will not chop at all. I used one in a 2K1 Angel LCD with a standard hopper and it did great no chops but the bolt alone is about $50 but its a great investment.

I paid the same, but ill be upgrading mine with evole, tadao, and cp or freak kit

what benefits does the tadao have? and get the freak...i have the 10 and the 14" with all the inserts...the 10 is just as accurate and its sooo accurate. trust me on this one...its very nice.

I had a CP barrel kit for my 04 speed but sold it with the gun, now i have an 05 speed and want to get a matching CP barrel kit but i dont like the look of the NEW 05 CP backs ... sniff, so .. if any of you have or know where i can get an older model CP Barrel kit that is DUST BLACK .. let me know :)

u cant just put the board into ur 05 speed, u gotta mill and mod. it wont just drop in...............

Barrel or barrel kit depending on what sized paint you shoot. The stock barrel is fine by all standards however it is a .689 or a .690 depending on the barrel so it's not going to shoot all paint.

On mine I added an evolve kit and a DEZign bolt in addition to a barrel. The evolve kit because I like the efficient design of it and after finding satisfactory results with the kit I kept it in place. DEZ bolt was added because there has not been a marker I have owned since 1999 that has not had a DEZ bolt in it.

i got the full freak kit now so im happy with that...im thinken the evolve kit and tadao board along with a dezign bolt...
