Hi, yesterday I purchased a brand new black dust g7 from a local pro-shop. When I got it out of the box I noticed the trigger was exceptionally stiff, having come from an 05 Speed. I thought it was probably just that it had the friction washers installed, so I removed the frame to remove them. Once I got to the trigger I found no washers installed, instead one of the bearings was sticking out of the trigger causing it to rub. I removed the trigger to attempt to remedy the issue, but the whole bearing just fell apart. I have the gun re-assembled now with only one bearing in the trigger ( I have the parts of the other bearing that I could find in a ziplock bag) The friction is gone, but now the trigger has a lot of side play from only having one bearing. Basically I'd like to know how I can get a new trigger. I need the gun for a big game this weekend and a tournament the next, so I can't really send it in, is there any way I can just have one sent to me?

email the mts or demand your pro shop to fix it....
this is why i only buy from the MTs cause they would fix it for free

That seems a bit harsh. How about, explain the situation and nicely ask the pro shop to fix it?

I know Bob (FMA) test fires each gun he sends out upon request to avoid things like this......good luck on getting it fixed before your tourney and this is another good example of why you should buy from the M/T's :patriot:

I would agree on asking the proshop nicely because they are the ones who sold it to you. They might be reluctant about fixing it because nre triggers retail at $65 but they should.
Like has been said before the deal you get from the MT's is the best overall.

I was teching one of my team mates markers and found the same problem. I went to a R/C car/hobbie store and asked for replacement bearings. I got the ones I needed for like $2 and installed them. The gun is perfect now.

The gun will still work fine for the tournament, the trigger is just a little sloppier than usual. Shouldn't this be a simple warrenty replacement?

Well, maybe. But it could be an issue because you "removed the trigger to attempt to remedy the issue". I don't know what your warranty is like, but many times damaged caused by a user trying to fix something is not covered.
