Trigger setup and bounce

Whats the best way to setup your trigger ? Im new to the G7 and its my first electronic gun. Do you want the forward and back stroke to be as short as possible or do you need it longer for some reason ? How do I eliminate bounce ? when testing the trigger setup i sometimes hear 3 quick trigger pulls that seem to fast to be my fingers, is this bouncing ? Is it a problem ?
