i am assuming that this is a software issue. i have a brand new arsenal g7 and i can't get it to charge. i plug the charger in and safe flashes briefly and then goes to live. it also does this with out the charger, goes right to live. any ideas. i live in ma and will be at the cape on sun. don't know if there is something i can do first or does ken need to see it.

did you plug it in while its off? try that, and then it'll boot up and say PWRON, then turn the power on and it should charge.

it still does the same thing , it goes right to live. I tried another angel charger and it didn't matter. I'm pretty sure it's n ot the charger because when I turn the gun on it goes right to live, unless that is normal, but my fly doesn't do that. thanks for the try golobulus

mine did the same thing but it also took like five minutes of turning it on and of to get the gun to turn on

talked to ken and figured out it was a board problem

good luck

Gun starts in live mode.. all g7's do i believe, manually roll it back to safe and try.
sorry i see that was already pointed out. Hope you figure it out.

Perhaps a wire broke loose inside your charger? Mine did that occasionally and would cause what you describe.
