ok, i went to play with my cousin last weekend and when i went to chrono my velocity wouldn't go any higher than like 265, this is only the third time i've played with it, and the first time the velocity was weird, but the second time, it shot just fine so i thought the problem fixed itself or whatever, but now it happened again, so does anyone know what the problem might be?

Could be several problems. Off the top of my head, either air or paint to barrel match.

As far as air, what are your settings. Could be one of the settings are out of whack? Could be too much air. What type of clylinder are you using, LP or HP? How much imput at the reg do you have? Maybe the reg and LPR need a good cleaning?

As far as paint to barrel, just make sure that the two are close.

Try those and let me know.

Is this gun brand new or used? The culprit sounds like an overused LPR to me. Do you know the LPR pressure...is the LPR creeping? Also try cleaning the mini reg

Do you have the Angel tool kit? If not, you need to get one. In order to help you with your problem, we need numbers.

I think that the IR3 is OK for HP. I think it was one of the last Angels to work well w/ HP so that prob is not a prob.

But get a tool kit and maybe build a mini-reg gauge. Try this for starters!!http://www.angelowners.com/showthread.php?t=30795

Valve stem probably needs replaced. Take it out if you know how and look at the wear on it. If its grooved bad then thats more than likely your prob.
