i doubt it, because the Speed has a 4.8v battery and the IR3 uses a 6v battery... but i'm not sure. if you can somehow (online?) check the output voltages/current from the two chargers and compare, you could tell for sure...

YES IT WILL WORK i used one on my ir3 and it worked fine cause the charger is made for 4.8 and 6.0 volt batteries
