Alrite, so my Stock ir3 board, after a few seconds of bieng on.. lets say 10, it just displays all the characters (like when u first turn it on), and just stays like that and freezes all actions... essentially its crashing?

Sounds like it...try recharging it or reseting it...if I remember correctly you reset a board by holding down the two internal buttons but I cant for the life of me remember for how long...I recommend reading your manual to find that out...I dont have time to read it right now

Im sure its not the battery... because if you keep the backlight going on (pressing buttons), it will not turn off.... the second hte backlight turns off the board freeezs

I Reset the board... Still doesnt work.
The board I dont think is fried, but i do believe somethin in it must be shorted out, because it works 100% fine with the backlight on...?

yea sounds like the board migh have had it...I guess you can pursue the waranty path and see if you can get the board replaced by WDP but id suggest getting an A4 board that way you get sensi and faster board...should be able to squezze a few more bps out of the gun...thats my suggestion
What software version are you running?
