05 Speed's....Are they Now comeing with G7 eyes?

Well i searched guys and only found arguments. So my question is, are the 05 speeds now comeing with g7 lazer eyes??? If not, are they a worhty uprade and are they easy to install? Thanks alot to all who can help me.

ya most of the new ones come with them. i bought them as an upgrade and it doesnt help the performace but all my friends are like WHOAA..WICKED COOL.. and such.

sweeeeeeeet.....Well my proshop placed an order for a blue to black fade (POLISHED):boink: one for me today. So what are my odds that i will get it with the G7 lazer eyes in it? Good, not good???

if its a fade then your chances are good cuz they started putting the lazer eyes in them when the manufacturing of the fade colors began.

If i don't get them im a probly buy some cuz i have only seen them on the net, never in person. So are they bright? Or dim? Any other people who might have an answer to my question about the eyes, ''like a yes or no'' please tell me because im dieing to kno!!!!! Thanks

Personally, I wouldn't see why you'd spend $40 or $45 or however much they are now on the "Laser Eyes". There is absolutely zero performance difference between the laser eyes and the stock eyes. :puzzled:

actually the lazer eyes weren't put on the fades till later. i have a black/blue fade speed and it doesn't have the lazer eyes...but i'm pretty sure most of them come with them :bouncer:

90 percent sure youll get them. Ive had my 05 speed for awhile and it came w/ them.

Exactly how long have you had your speed ''ice berg 29''? Is it a fade or a regular color? It polished or dust? My proshop called and said that it's guarenteed to deliver tomorrow morning:tele:so im trying to find out befor i go so that my hopes don't come crashing down.

based on ice berg's signature, his speed is black to blue faded (like mine) and is a polished finished...i believe all fades excluding the black/red fade are polished...the black to red are dust finishes

like 90% of the 05 speeds rollin through my local store have g7 lazer eyes, only a couple older ones do not, and the store contacted the dealer they get em from and were givin them

im pretty sure they are done making new colors for the 05 speed unless they come out with random *special edition* stuff. and after that they will probably discontinue making 05 speeds to prepare for the production of the 06 speeds.

well i didn't check. I drove to my local shop where I ordered it. Opend up the shrink wraped box and it was a mess!!!! For starters when i got on the trigger, both the werner wheels were jiggiling like crazy:sure:!!!! Thats no good. So then i gave the gun a look over. Man it was sexy, all polished n stuff:boink:. But then i found a horrible blemish above the reg on the right side! I was like ''crap''!!!!:doh: So i opened the breach and stated to slide the bolt back and forth. I almost had to put muscle into the bolt to get it to even slide!!!:pissed: All tho the gun looked amazing, it was just poorly put together. The shop owner could not understand why WDP would put such a turd of a Speed in a box and call it ''good to go'' out the door to ship:thumbsdow. I did not check for the lazer eyes, i was too pi**ed off to even care about them. The owner told me he would get in contact with his dealer monday that he got the Speed through and would have it sent back. Then he would have a brand spankin new one sent to the shop again. So now i haft to wait till the middle of next week to get my gun now.:cryer:

Well, damn I would be pissed off too if anything was sent to me in that condition, you just described! I was thinking about getting a new angel speed 05 but now I’m having second thoughts if their quality control is that outrageous. Anyway still post if your speed comes with angel eyes when you get it this week.

this had to be one in about 1,500 angels. I have shot speeds, owned speeds, and filmed speeds. Buy no means should you not get a 05 speed due to my bad experiance. These guns absolutly mow faces clean off. I just got incredably lucky to get the one wack job gun out of every 1,500 produced. Even with the problems i stated above, the gun looked absoluty AMAZING!!! I thought the paint was still wet when i took it out of the box, but it was the polished effect that blew me away. It allmost blinded me becuase the gloss finish was just so incredible. Like i said don't get discouraged becuase of my experiance, just watch this thread untill i get my new one around next wednesday.

My 05 speed has the G7 eyes.
I dont know how bright it is in comparision to stock eyes, but during every night game I get people telling me they can see the eyes from across the field, so I'd say they are bright

*UPDATE BOUT MY GUN*

Well i called and talked to my local pro-shop about my gun. He said that he was sorry for the inconvience of the condition my marker came in. He asked me if i wanted a new.45 frame. I told him no becuase i feel more comfortable with the 90 frame. Well he said they had no more 90 frames, least thats what the people he went through told him. I was like crap!, then called his vendor and they said they would put a WHOLE NEW BODY on my 90 frame. They also said the verner wheels jiggled when walked the trigger was becuase the set screw was not set?? I was like well that makes since i guess. So now they are takeing out all the internals of the crappy body i got first and putting them all back in the new body so i can still have the 90 frame i wanted. So i guess my questions are, is this really safe? Should i really take a gun that has been completly broken down and had a new body installed? What are the first things i need to look for once i see the new gun at my proshop with the new body? I live 40 minuets away so i don't want to leave and then find out at home that the gun is messed up. The eyes are at the top of my list to check, i will check those first thing!! Hope you guys can help me out!

or would they only haft to un-plug the main wires in the board off another body, like the noid and eye wires, then transfer it to my 90 frame? Im sure they would haft to remove the eyes correct?
