Perfect condition, with all 5 backs. Colour is black to silver fade, length is 14", and it is pretty much impeccable save for the most minor of damage on the very tip that in my experience affects in no way the barrels' performance. Again:

•Complete with all 5 backs: .683, .686, .689, .692 and .695
•14 inches in length
•Black to silver faded

As for the miniscule ding on the end of the barrel, it's too small to even photograph without looking like a speck of dust, but let me know if you'd like me to try to get a pic of it.
