A4 Leak....

I just got an A4 in a trade and when i aired it up....it leaked out of the backplate..... I took the noid and manifold out and lubed that but it still leaked....then i took the ram out and put some slick honey on it and the leak stopped....but about 500 shots later it leaked again....it is a pretty major leak and slowly drains my tank.... Does any one know what could be the cause of it?????

Check for nicks in the orings on the ram. Alot of people manage to nick the orings as they slide the ram into the tube as the first 1/8" is threaded.

fixed it...woohoo....the hammer was loose from the ram shaft....so i tightened it and the leak stopped completely....boy does it feel good to tech your own marker! :biggthump
