WTB Charger and Grips for 03 speed

I got a used 03 speed. It doesn't work, so I think I need to charge the battery. Anyone got a compatible charger? I will pay via paypal ASAP.

I also need some Grips. This thing has the curved frame with 3 holes on each side and a window for the LED/LCD panel.
