Me and my friend made those mods... and diagrams...
There are more ways to do them other than that.. you can put a rare earth magnet under the return travel screw...
The first one you posted had to be my favorite, the way we had it setup made the trigger light and snappy.
The second one takes more work, that one shows the removal of leaf spring mod... so all that is returning the trigger is the magnet instead of leaf spring + magnet or just the leaf spring.
These mods shouldnt cost you more than 10 bucks if you're buying JB weld or superglue... the magnets are about 2 bucks at RadioShack.
Feel free to IM me if you wanna know more about it, I think I have more pics of the mod on my comp too...

I PERSONALLY HAVE THE SECOND ONE WHERE ITS OVER THE TRIGGER ON TOP AND ITS THE BEST IN MY OPINION , I HAVENT TRIED THE OTHER ONE BUT SINCE ITS SNAPIER LIKE THEY SAID EARLIER MIGHT BE BIT MORE TENSION, ID RECOMENED THE MOD ONTOP OF THE GUN BUT IT DEPENDS ON YOUR TRIGGER AND HOW MUCH WORK YOU WANT TO PUT INTO IT LET ME KNOW AND ILL MOD IT FOR YOU IF YOU NEED HELP.
GREAT JOB

Ive got the no leaf spring mod as well as the magnet mod.
There is a much easier magnet mod then both of those.
Go to radio shack and buy these tiny little rare earth magnets. Take off your gripframe(set it aside you will not need the gripframe for this mod). Look on the body of the gun where the trigger would be. You should see a mark where the FORWARD trigger set screw has been touching the body. Super glue one of the magnets to that spot.
Now some people have a problem on the next step and some people dont.
Take the grip frame, take the trigger set screw out of the front of the trigger. You will need to file this down a little bit. Just do it a small bit at a time until you can screw the set screw into the trigger enough so it sits flush with the trigger. Reinstall the gripframe and you are good to go. Im sure there is a better explaination cause i was just typing this quick.
There you go, you can adjust the trigger from here to your liking.
