board question

i just bought a a4 board and i dont no really how to set it. also what modes come unlocked and locked?? how would you go to unlock them ?? thanks

Send it to a master tech to have it unlocked, as of modes, check the instruction manual.

If you can't really do anything at all with your board, dwell, etc. Then it needs to be unlocked.
