mmmkay... my angel isn't taking a charge... it started as saying "tab in" so i turned it on, turned the gun on, and it still said "tab in" so i took the charger off, put it in the "on" position, and re-attached the charger after 10 seconds or so... it said SAFE and acted like it was charging for like 30 seconds, then went back to "Tab in" Now i try to charge it and it doesnt' do anything... WHAT the heck's wrong!?

lol i thought so too, but i'm absolutely positive it's all workin right... i'm gonna get a new battery, and see if this solves it, unless someone comes up with a fix... if the battery don't do, i guess i'll just hafta get the much better a4 board... DARN lol

well the a4 baord wont effect your LCD's performance at all. also, are you using a tab key version of the LCD or the on/off switch?

lol it's got an on/off switch... and i like the a4 board cuz it's a lil more advanced than the LCD 1... i know it won't hlep performance though.

so heres what i can do with my gun. if i plug the charge in.. then turn the gun on, i get the "tab in" error.

so i leave the gun on, pull the plug out, and a few seconds later it switches to -safe-

then i plug the charge back in and it starts to charge for about 30seconds, and then it freezes.

i can repeat the process and it will charge for another 30seconds but thats all.

if i turn the gun on without anything plugged in, the backlight turns on, but the screen stays blank.

i guess ill have to send it in to a tech center... hope it doesnt cost an arm and a leg...

for a 300 dollar gun i can hardly justify spending 150 to fix it.

yeah... i agree... if i'm spending half of what the angel's worth to fix it, i better be gettin something good out of it. What do the centers charge for fixes?

well i know if you need a new board it will probably cost 100 bucks for it... then if they charge you for labor or cleaning your gun, it could easily cost 150 if not more.
