I'm very new to angels and i just got my ir3 and tried shooting it today. It sometimes shoots out 2 balls at a time and sometimes barely shoots them out. I also chopped a couple of balls. I was woundering if it had something to do with the dwell i have mine set at 15. Also it could be my velocity but i dont think it was that. Please i need any suggestions!

It needs a good tune up, Bring it to MAster Tech or some that you feel trustworthy to touch that beast.
Dwell should be good at 14-17
what type of hopper are you using, percentage of the problem is with the hopper, setting and new batteries
remove all the internals and make sure all All rings are good and your not leaking any air
here a IR3 I just rebuilded from the dead, it was shooting like crap until I tuned it up.

Dwell should be at 14 anyways so 15 is high. Thats not the problem. Your LPR pressure should be 100psi, thats your problem.
Also you need to use a highpressure tank [800-900psi output] on the gun just in case you are not.

Not 100% sure but your regulator might cause you some heart ache. I was using a Bulldog 2 regulator when I first got my IR3 and id experience fps shootdown as I was firing over 12bps. Would start at 280 fps and it would drop to 260fps. Then id let it sit for a few seconds and my next shot would be like 350fps. This is due to the restricted air flow most presets have...there are some pretty good presets out there now, but you should consider getting a better regulator...Angel AIR and Max Flo are up there...problem with the AIR is the size and weight...most people whine aboot it...I say hit the gym stretch
