I've looked around on here and can't seem to find an answer to this...

When my 05' is in psp mode it will shoot 3 round bursts, then pause for a bit so it ends up shooting like this-

*shot* *3 shots* *PAUSE* *3 shots* *PAUSE* *3 shots* PAUSE* *3 shots*...

The first problem I see is that it ramps on the 2nd shot, which isn't psp legal. The other problem is that it has that nasty pause instead of shooting a constant 15.4bps. The gaps aren't terrible when I'm shooting paint, but they are still there, and when just dryfiring it's pretty bad. I'm not sure what software it has since I just bought it, but I do know that the top LED is lit up when I'm checking the software in programming mode.

Anybody know what the deal is with this thing?

You aren't alone, I just got mine back yesterday and it is doing the exact same thing.

what software do you have?

EDIT: Another thing I've been noticing is that if the second trigger pull is slower, the 3 shots will be slower(more spaced out). I really don't understand what the point of that is, seems like it should shoot the same speed all the time-15.4bps. My brother's alias has ramping frenzy and I like that quite a bit better because it is a constant string, are there any software versions that can do that?

I don't know about his, but mine is the version 7 software.

Check out the 3.9 software thread (last pages). I've been discussing this with Ken and Bob since I got back from Chicago Open but they say that there is no problem with the software. You can shorten the gaps by fanning the trigger but for that is better to leave the marker in Mode 1 you'll shoot more consistent stream of paint.

The old Fly 4.0 version provides constant string of Paint.
