Communication drill

I dont really know any drills for communication, but sit your team down and have a discusion about it. Develop a team "code". Split the field up into sections and give each section a number or name. Do the same for the bunkers. Develop codes for different plays or situations, if one player's gun goes down he will call out a code that only you all will know that his gun went down. After you have had your talk about what needs to be done in the communication department, go practice on the field with what you have developed. Or run around to various bunkers or positions and have your teammates call out where you are. Develop your own drills and post them up for everyone else. Of the teams i have been on communication was never a problem, it was always somebody that didnt want to play by the rules. Consider yourself lucky, communication is an easy fix.
