Well, the board is uncapped. However, the solenoid is limited to 22 bps. So yeah, basically the gun is capped by the noid.

I have to correct myself; the noid is limited to 24bps. I'm almost positive its true.
Here is one of the many threads I have seen stating this : http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=1092695&highlight=proto+cap Timmy's are limited to their solenoid also(this I'm positive about). Seeing as both Timmy noids Proto noids are both made by Humphrey, I would think this is true?

i know timmies are capped at about 24-25 bps because of their solenoids but i thought protos could do 35, i know the dms can and they use the same 'noid....
