Shorter, Lighter Angel

I read on here that the idea of having a shorter Angel was kicked around, but that in doing so would also mean changing the thread pattern. Of course WDP being a stand up company did not make people want to have to buy more barrels, so I think they should do it and just use cocker threads. Anyone who is serious about paintball should have owned a cocker threaded gun before.

if you are really worried about lighter then buy a stiffi they are a great barrel and the are verry light. you could just buy a 14 inch to drop down a few inches. much of your argument could be fixed by changing your barrel and a 14 inch isnt much more inacurate than a 16 inch

I agree with that. cocker,matrix,ego,timmys all have the same thread. It would make the angel smaller and it would make buying barrels easy. It might bring the cost of barrels down too.

It theoreticly would bring the cost of barrells down because there wouldnt be that many unsold barrels since every gun can use the same barrels and retail stores wouldnt have to stok up on a dozen or so different threaded barrels. But maybe they'll just reap the benefits and still charge us all our soles so that we can have our favorite barrels, with mine being the Freak.
