C2C is back again

hey yall,
as many of yall know, we put together a team consiting of all AOG members for a tournament called IAPTE that was canceled. Well Dale has informed us of another tournament he is helping to put on. we are going to try to get C2C in it once again and see what we can do. we would enter as div. 3 as none of us have played together before. All players from C2C that would like to do this contact me ASAP. we need to register SOON as only 16 teams per divsion!!! the prizes are great too. were gonna play the first tourny see how we do and if we place we will keep going . My ol dman owns a screen printing factory with an in house artsist who is a family friend and is going to work up a very cool set of Angel Wings the will go on the back, and the AOG logo on the front that says www.angel-owners.com underit. then c2c below that. the left sleeve will sport www.68caliber.com and the right www.angelforce.tv It will say your first name then AOG user name in " " those things and then last name. itll look very ince when they are done. ill be sure to post pics of the art work.

Since I'm not traveling with the Vipers this season playing X-Ball I don't have either. The PSP makes you pick them at the venue, but I won't be going to any events between now and then. Any suggestions?

maybe we have to pay the other 225$ in order for us to be fully registered, right now we just have the 300$ deposit to reserve our spot. So as soon as you get the sponsorship certificate we can get the rest of the money together and be fully registered (im guessing that's how it works). As far as ID's go I dunno how that works, i'll ask and post back here when i get an answer. And does anyone know where David (sharps990) is? we registered and i'm collecting the money and he just dissapears for a week...

c2c tshirts will be available if anyone is interested in them. They will look just like our jerseys but short sleeve white tshirts the front will show AOG in a ring with www.angel-owners.com under it. around the top in a semi cikrcle will read Coast 2 Coast. the sleeves say www.angelforce.tv and 68 caliber. the back will have Angel wings coming off the side and the user name and real name of the players on c2c next to it. They are in full color printing and will be 8 bucks a shirt. I need to no before hand who wants one though, as i have to buy them first to re sell. PM or IM me all your info. thanks for supporting a good cause. all profits will go to the team to buy all day air, and other things for the up coming tournament.

I play at Epik Paintball, Orlando Paintball, and Hypersports here in Orlando. All three are listed on that website. What needs to be done to get one of the cards? How would I go about getting one? What do they do for us?

basically each field on that list has 3 certificates they can give out. It gives us discounted prices, but gives the field or store even more, and the great thing is it doesnt cost them a penny, since the certificates r free for them to get and give.

Participating fields and stores will also receive:

* National internet advertising
* Free Vendor space at the event
* Inclusion in all print advertising, and
* Discounts on paintballs and other product available through Vengeance Paintball Distributors

so basically they get a §§§§load of stuff just for giving us a certificate that costs them nothing, it's a win/win oppurtunity for them

I stopped by Epik Paintball yesterday and talked to Tony, the owner, and he said that because he might be sending his team(s) there that he couldn't let us use the Sponsorship tickets till he knows for sure whether or not his team will be going. I was going to stop by Orlando Paintball also but on the way there, since it's between Epik Paintball and my house, I remembered that all of the employees and owners there hate Angels and anything having to do with them for some weird reason. I can also try Hypersports, but when I was there last weekend I overheard a few teams talking about it and I think that they had already talked to the owners.

I'm going to check the list again, but I'm not sure where else I can go.

We talked about positoins on the field, Me,David,Richie will be the three backs, you and sean will be in the middle and Paki and preston up front. We also discussed the hotel. The red roof in is a good bet, but my mom is trying to find somthing on hot wire and expedia, so yall just hold up on booking your rooms. And then we just screwed around for about an hour in the meeting then called it quits for the night,

Does anybody know whether or not we'll be able to walk the fields Saturday or at least have a few hours to walk them on Sunday. Can't stress how important this is to a team of people who've never played before. If not, we'll make do, but it would be great if we could get on the fields for a little bit before hand.

well the way it works is there is a list of fields/stores in the south east states area that can give out sponsorship certificates, the link to the list is a couple pages back i think, but they have 3 certificates (1 for each division) they can give outt o teams, teams get discounted prices for it, and the field/store gets a §§§§ load of stuff...

LETS GO, EVERYONE REPLY TO THIS POST on the team, of course. whats ur situation, do u have ur plane tickets/car rides arranged. have u booked ur hotel room? do u have all ur equipment working and ready, if ur flying, know of rules and regulations of ur airline and paintball equipment? ur best bet would to be to ship ur tank by fed-ex to the hotel, red roof in ocala, and let them know ur sending it, 2 or 3 days before the event
