Lose the NiMH batteries and just go 9 volts. They're faster and easier and if people still want it to be rechargeable they can go buy some Powerex batteries.

Externally adjustable LPR.

Ram adjusting cap/knob on back of gun.

Grease that comes with gun.

Gauges: A tiny one on each side of the gun, one for LPR and one for HPR.

Cocker threads.

Thicker feedneck threads.

Clamping feednecks.

Larger bore stock barrel with oring.

Breech gasket with stronger adhesive

Carbon fiber parts? Maybe carbon fiber feednecks, noid covers, backplates etc. Would add to look and lower weight (although probably not much, but cool nonetheless). These may not be stock but maybe the MT's could come out with a whole carbon fiber set of upgrades. I think seeing carbon fiber backplates and flashtanks and volumizers would be sweet. However, I don't know much about carbon fiber or its limits so I don't know how feasible these are. I don't think you can make carbon fiber parts that have threads unless you make the threads aluminum or something but I think you could pull off backplates and noid covers and the like.

i don't see wut the great thing is with 9 volts, u gotta constantly buy more and when they run even the slightest bit low it affects the performance of w/e they r in. The rechargable batteries they use r so great, they don't keep a memory (meaning u can charge them for as long as u want, whenever u want). Charge the gun on the way to the field and it'll last u for quite some time, or if ur more careful u can just charge it every time ur on the way to the field...

Actually, after a few years you will have to replace the battery because is one cell fails, the battery fails. Eventually all their guns with rechargeables will get FSDO because of a worn out battery but how long that takes is dependant on the gun. My biggest problem with the rechargeables is that if your in the middle of a day of play and the battery wears out I can't just swap out the 9v. That convienence is critical if you ever forget to charge your gun. Ideally, yes, the rechargable is the best option of but its a fact of life that you will forget to charge it sometime and be left without a backup source of power. If you still like rechargeables just buy a Powerex battery pack and those come with a wall and car charger.

i'd rather replace my battery after a few years than a few months or if u want top performance, a few weeks. And no,m i don't forget to charge it because i make it a habit to just charge it on the way to the field every day. Or if u want to get into buying more stuff such as powerex, u can just get a wdp wall charger and charge it at home.

the 9 volt battery is what kept me away from the '05 (stuck with '03 and '04)

externally adjustable LPR? heck yeah!!

ram adjusting knob? i think easier access to the ram (maybe have an access hole to stick a screw driver into it, and have a screw driver slot on the back of the ram) would make me a happy camper!

yeah i want gun grease to! = }

i disagree with the gauges, maybe 1 tuck out of the way somewhere (dont want my ANGELs to be all ugly and stuff).

i think cockers should use ANGEL threads

feedneck threads do make me paranoid about overtightening, a lil more meat wouldnt hurt.

read my thread about feednecks for my oppinion = }

ANGELS should come with a barrel kit (i know WDP would have to raise the pricing but its money that would otherwise be spent on a barrel kit L lol L )

breech gasket should be made more colorfull so i can find it easier to glue it on L lol L
seriously though a few spares would be a great addition.

im not very fond of carbon fiber, however if WDP or the MT's made some carbon fiber parts im sure they would look sexy as all get out!

They already have clamping feednecks.....

Also the ramcap would mess up the looks, and remind me too much of a timmy

Also usually many angels come with grease. The stock barrel was fine bore size wise for me. Also ive never had a problem with the feedneck threads.

yeah, i definitely love the rechargeable battery, and an external LPR adjuster would be great!

you make very good points, and I agree with you on alot of your ideals, and some I don't, but I really really agree with you on the ideal about the two guages. What would be sweet if somehow the LPR wasn't just a guage but somehow readable from the LCD screen of the gun so as to not give it "timmy" look of a guage being there. However using angel tool kit to get the LPR pressure isn't much of a problem, but something small like an always on gun LPR pressure guage would be nice. Also a much nicer feedneck stock would be great.

I mean feednecks that tighten with an allen wrench. It makes it more secure and it's easier to get on and off. The ones that come with angels hand tighten.

A ram knob instead of a dial would give it a more distinctive look. Kind of like how the G7 has a knob to lock the breech.

Mine didn't come with grease... Came with oil, but not grease.

I think that the barrel should be a kit though. Maybe just two sleeves. A .687 and a .691 would be fine for anyone. It's just annoying spending that much money to always get barrel breaks because your field onyl sells big bore paint.

bigger threads on the feednecks would be nice. if you want the lpr gauge you could get the small one that replaces the endcap. i think that they should come stock with both the endcap and the endcap gauge, thatd be nice.

There's an endcap gauge? Where?

How about instead of it coming stock with a barrel kit the mt's made a package with an sm1 barrel kit, and a On and Off system.

How about the angels run like a walkie-talkie (i think i spelled that right?) I know with my motorola, it has the option of running on a supplied rechargable battery pack, or you can run it off AA's. So maybe instead of AA's run it off of 9v's. I happen to work with r/c cars at my shop and i know that some of them have an upgrade kit for a rechargable pack, which instead of being a stick, could be a 5 cell that runs 3 on bottem 2 on top for fit.

not to bite off of the dye matrix composite but how about an angel composite for light weight.. at least it will make it the most expensive again :P

also, i have a 2000 lcd and the nimh battery life gradually decreases, now i have predator 2 mod (w/ 9v) and i was just wondering whats more expensive; $50 for like 2 years or however long it is, or about $2 a peice for a 9v if youre buying in a pack of four... or better yet, a rechargable 9v for $9 maybe?

Barrel kit could be hit or miss (my karnis kaner sux) and a different style of clamping neck (allen key) would be nice..........i love the recharge battery :patriot:
