I see pros using long barrels and i dont know why. I personally prefer the shortest barrel possibile but am confused on why the pros choose long barrels. Tell me...

I've heard that a longer barrel will give you a more accurate shott, all things being equal. But it will reduce the fps by a little because of the extra friction.

On airball I've found it advantageous to use a 16. But I always use my 14" no matter what field I'm playing on and I find it a good length for me. Like Jason said, it's personal preference. I liked the 16" to push into the bunkers, but I did find it a tad too long swo I went back to the 14".
