Software 3.5 Question

Well, i have 3.5 software in my A4 Fly, and when i scroll through to the I.D. number there is none, it reads as zero's. And i've also been able to reset my cycles, and am wondering what's going on? Any feedback would be appreciated.

As for the all 0's in the id number it does that when you flash the board, when you flash your board you lose your id number, no biggie. As for the cycles I am not sure.
