is there anyway to cap my 05 speed, without buying a new board. i need to cap it at 15 for chicago psp.

Have the board updated to ver6. It will have PSP rapming capped @ 15bps, and semi with the ability to adjust the rof.
It is $25 at any warranty/service center (that has the software)
