I just bought my gun used and the guy has been lubing the stock bolt. It had 20k shots on the counter, i wiped off the oil and it seems like theres quite a bit of friction because its making noise when I slide it back and forth.
Should I replace the bolt?

If you can feel the friction and it's not a smooth free movement then replace the bolt.

I washed off the bolt with water, and its gotten a lot better, its a lot smoother now, but still seems to make a lil noise when I slide it back and forth

Should be ok, let it dry out on your counter in the sunshine for a day.
Noise is possibly from detents?

Noise really does not mean too much however the free movement does(the noise is a result of the free movement or in this case a lack thereof). If after washing it off does not make it free moving the it needs to be replaced.

the bolt has to touch something, so there is friction. it's like that with everything in existance. if the bolt doesnt move freely, replace it. if you're hearing a rubbing sound, it's the bolt rubbing aganst the breech.

Thanks guys, I think it will be alright, it was just that the noise was kinda getting me worried because the delrin bolt I had on the cocker never made a single sound.

You never want to oil a delrin bolt because the oil will make the bolt swell up and that is where you got the friction. Delrin has a bunch of tiny holes, it looks like swiss cheese and when you oil the bolt it actually expands it.
