Ramping ?

How do you get the G7 to ramp?,is it a mode set,cus my mates ion rips madd when its ramping,and we can use ramp this weekend..

Yeah ive done that El,but it seems that its all capped at 15bps,what i need to know is which mode?,its not auto,that i know,and not mode 1,so which other is it plz....!

All extra firing modes on the Angels are capped at 15bps. For Saftey.
This includes the PSP (mode 3 as El P said).
There is no, uncapped ramping.

Put it into semi auto. This gun rips.It will go twice as fast as your friends ion. Trust me when I was going to buy this gun I thought I needed a board, now I think the board would have slowed me down. :smile:

yea just throw it up to tr22 that will add some shots for ya but it might not b legal

try to get it to add shots but pass the slow pull test

Ions only ramp up to 17 BPS so 15 is quick but like everyone else sais your G7 will be faster in Semi with the TR at 22.

What does everyone think they are gaining by tr22? Work on it and you can hit 22bps+ with your tr on 2 or 3. Easily. Hell I get 22bps with an egg in that configuration.

I get about 18-19, 20 on a really, really good day with tr on 1 or 2, not sure.

Isn’t Mode-3 the Xball mode that adds 3 balls per shot after the first 3 trigger pulls? I guess that’s is a ramp but it’s capped at 15bps.

Don’t get me wrong I think 15BPS second is about right for me if for no other reason than to save paint, but if you really want to ramp then Mode-1 is the only mode that will allow you to go over the 15BPS cap. So as stated above Mode-1, TR-22, Short trigger pull, and fast fingers is the only thing that will ramp over 15bps, and it wont be legal for tourney play.

Yeah that is correct,semi auto high tr +fast fingers is the only way to get it to reach over 20bps,but i wanted it so that when i walked the trigger,all i had to do is tap the trigger,so it would ramp out lots of balls,ramp is allowed this weekend so its cool!!! gona be sore Monday lol

dude!!! i hit 25bps in mode 1 and tr1. set your trigger and it will rip. the g7 will not ramp past 15bps in nxl mode though. there is a drop in board made by tagsports that you can control the ramp. its the predator board check it out and buy it and let me know if if works :drink: :drink:

What exactly is the difference between the Xball ramping mode and the normal ramping mode(Accum Mode). I know how Xball adds in the 3 shots and whatnot, but what does the other mode do?

Don't even worry about the TR settings, I can hit 22 in mode 1 and TR 1 so the best way to increase you speed is just practice! Keep at it and you'll get there! :evilgrin:

How did you set yours, as well as what settings, are your hopper and what not at??? I am interested to read your ideas as I would like to pick up some bps speed.

yeah whatever I put my TR too t seems like it ramps to it maxes my empire reloader b without dropoff and my lpr is at 40psi

hey october fly. REALLY??? when is that tadao board coming out??? anybody heard or know anything? is it gonna be a microswitch trigger or is the leafspring staying?

Yes...really my man. Our leaders have been playing with the prototypes and from what I've been able to gather, it should not be long. Ken hinted at a surprise this week from him, so I hope it's related to this. Some have said microswitch and others have said optoswitch :notsure: . In addition, one reliable source said there was a prototype in one of the G7's that Avalanche played with in Chicago.
