I got the A4 in last night. This morning I was changing the settings around, and I cant change the TR, or offset, whatever we're calling it. When i hit the blue button to change it, it doent change. If i hold the blue button to try to change it, the gun resets to default and posts the message "LP V2" Everything else on the gun works fine. I'm kinda lost as to what's going on here. Any help would be great!

Press the blue button a few times, sometimes it doesn't register a press. Is your gun new?

no, I got it used. The blue button works fine for everything else its used for, but not for the TR. With my LCD I had to hit the internal buttons a few times, but they worked. This doesnt work for this feature at all. I'm lost, lol
the tr can only be changed on the semi auto settings
Some of the older A4's had the TR locked. This means that you cannot change them. LP V2 is an older version, the newest A4 software is LP V3. In order to change the TR settings, you're gonna have to have your board reflashed by one of the MT's.
i have LP V2 and my tr is unlocked

I called and talked to Bob from Fixmyangel. He said my board was locked. He said he would unlock it...for NO CHARGE!!! Coolness. I think I'll get the PSP software while I'm at it.
Some of the LP V2 boards were unlocked, I have two of them at my house right now...but some of the earlier ones were though. Bob is supposed to be a pretty nice guy. I'm sure he'll take good care of you.

If its not a fly (anti-chop eyes) I dont see how you can have that option but I might be wrong if Bob told you otherwise. Either way Im sure Bob will take care of you.

Yeah, I had one of those locked boards too and Bob fixed it for free for me. I couldn't adjust the TR (or Dwell either I think) and the serial # displayed as all 0s when I scrolled to it as well.
Bob's a good guy, he'll hook you up. Have him install the magnetic trigger mod for you as well as a new slayer or MT trigger or something... I think you'll find those triggers MUCH nicer than the stock one. I was really disappointed w/ the stock trigger when first got my A4. (but i guess it all comes down to personal preference...)
