My eyes are on....its just that I cant de-activate them by holding down the trigger for 2 seconds....I dont know if my trigger isnt reactivating or clearing the beam?

Turn the Marker on Live, then simply screw in or out the TOE Screw untill you hear your Solenoid Click. That will be your activation point.
The way your Trigger is currently set up, it is one of these:
1. Your TOE Screw is in too far, causing that Marker to always read a Trigger Pull, and never a release.
2. Your TOE Screw doesn't even activate the Marker. The Leaf on the Trigger doesn't go into the Board far enough to enter and exit the Beam.

This sounds like the answer, but I am not hearing anything. I never here my solenoid and way when I have my gun on with no air and just hit the trigger.

How far does the trigger lead need to travel to activate the opto board sensor?

You can get away with under a mm of travel however heat, cold, humidity, lack thereof, alignment of the planets, etc... and cause the vernier wheels to swell and make your trigger not function. Because of these unforeseen factors I would not recommend less than 2mm total pull. Making the activation in about the middle of the pull so that almost no matter what the trigger will fire. Also the more you tighten your vernier wheels the shorter it will make your trigger after you have it set in your sweet spot.
