My friend run_through said when ever he goes to angel-ownes it says he cant do anything and it says he doesnt have permission or he has been deactivated.

can you tell me how to fix this and ill tell him

It says he's banned. That would be why he can't do anything.

My guess is that either he was using two accounts, called AEs or that someone didn't like the fact that he was cluttering up peoples FS threads with meaningless posts.

I can't tell you for sure as it is the business of a moderator/admin not mine. May I suggest PMing one of them? Their names show up green.

If he is banned, then he is probably IP banned, because if he were using a new username and it worked he wouldn't be IP banning. A IP is a computers "address" on the internet, hackers like to get these, as long as the person is a potential target. I saw a list of these on wgpchat.com and thought that they were complete idiots for posting those. I don't know for sure if these pose threats. I know several hackers on xbox live, so I will try to talk to them about it.
